$300 for Individuals (knowledge experts, solo operators, unincorporated practitioners). $750 for Businesses (with revenue and a team). One-off payment at the start — no monthly billing during the program. Premium upgrade is optional, starts at $500 (revenue share variant), and is only offered after the first month of the base track.
Month-1 sprint (positioning, full operational website, payment integration, email infrastructure), three months of active agent-led support (Coach checking in three times a week, Conversion Agent running your customer follow-ups), and twelve months of infrastructure (domain, three email seats, hosting, passive WhatsApp support). Business track also includes a booking system and business-grade integrations.
Because an agent workforce does 80% of the operational work. We're not undercutting consulting — we're a fundamentally different model. The economics only work when the agents reach sufficient autonomy by our 150th engagement. That's the survival condition we engineered for, and the math is published in our Operating Reference.
Infrastructure runs on for another nine months — domain, email, hosting stay live. The WhatsApp Coach becomes reactive (responds when you reach out, doesn't proactively check in). At month thirteen we offer a maintenance retainer ($30/mo Individual, $60/mo Business) to keep everything running — default-on with a 30-day cancellation window.
Premium extends the engagement beyond month three through your first ten paying customers. The Conversion Agent stays active, the Coach stays sharp, operator check-ins move from monthly to fortnightly. Three payment variants: pure cash, revenue share (lower upfront + 10% of revenue from customers 1–10), or equity (Business only — 5% common stock with founder-style vesting).
Knowledge experts, coaches, consultants, solo professionals, pastors, athletes, creators — anyone with expertise to package and ship as a productised service. You don't need to be incorporated. You don't need to have revenue yet. You do need to be ready to ship something concrete in month one.
You have revenue, a team, and you're already trading. The Business track is calibrated for businesses with operational complexity — coordinating multiple stakeholders, building B2B-calibrated copy, integrating with existing CRM and analytics. If you're a solo operator without revenue yet, the Individual track fits better.

We don't issue cash refunds, but we do honour the twelve months of infrastructure regardless. If the program isn't working in month two, we'd rather have a direct conversation about why and adjust — that's why the operator check-in calls exist.
No. Equity is only one of three Premium variants — and only for the Business track. The base program is pure cash. The labs takes no ownership stake in any customer who chooses cash or revenue share.
Based in Gaborone, Botswana. We work with customers across Africa and globally, but our operating economics and market intuition are calibrated for the African operator. Equity Premium is restricted to customers incorporated in Botswana, Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, or another defined list.
Both. Eight specialised AI agents do the operational work (Triage, Coach, Builder, Reviewer, Distributor, Conversion, Concierge, Retention Watcher). A human operator shows up at the three to four high-leverage moments per engagement — kickoff, mid-program check-in, Ship Hour, and the Premium upgrade conversation. That's the design.
