About
We design the apparatus through which methodology is delivered at scale.
Biaz Labs is an AI-native systems design studio operating as an incubator. We exist because the African market needs a way to ship ideas that doesn't cost tens of thousands of dollars and doesn't require a Silicon Valley network to begin.
The premise
Most consultants take months and charge tens of thousands. Most no-code stacks plateau at the first hard problem. Most agencies produce output without outcomes.
Biaz Labs is the middle path: an agent workforce that handles 80% of the operational work, plus a human operator who shows up at the three moments where their judgement raises ship rate by fifteen percentage points or more.
We run three streams — client commissions, in-house products, and a published point of view — and each one reinforces the others. The engine that powers our commissions is the same one we run our own bets on. The methodology we sell is the same one we test against ourselves.

A note from the founder
Why I built this — and who it's for.
I've spent twelve years at Serianu helping organizations across Africa navigate the intersection of technology, risk, and business strategy. I currently lead the Botswana operation, where my job is to translate cyber threats into business resilience for boards and C-suite executives.
What I've learned over those years is simple: in a digital world, clarity is the ultimate defense.
But there's a quieter lesson that's followed me everywhere — across boardrooms, mentorship sessions, and side conversations with friends building their own things. The people with the deepest expertise are usually the worst at shipping it. Consultants and coaches whose insights would change a business overnight, if only those insights could escape a PDF nobody reads. Cybersecurity professionals doing work that protects entire industries who never figure out how to position themselves to be paid like it. Knowledge experts of every kind, sitting on real value, invisible.
Whether I'm advising a Serianu client or mentoring a young cyber professional at Ongoza Cyber Hub, the pattern repeats: the gap isn't talent. It's an engine.
Biaz Labs is that engine. We use AI agents to handle the operational work — drafting the copy, setting up the payments, running the follow-ups, witnessing the launch — while a human shows up at the moments where judgement actually changes the outcome. It's the same fear-to-function translation I do every day in cybersecurity, applied to a different problem: helping operators move from idea to a shipped, paying business.
We built it in Botswana because that's where I live and work. We priced it for African operators because the existing market gives them nothing accessible. We built it on agents because that's the only honest way the math works at $300 and $750 per program.
If you're shipping something — or trying to — I'd genuinely like to hear about it. The intake survey is the way in. Five minutes, seven questions. I read every one myself.

Where we are
Based in Gaborone, Botswana. Engagements run pan-African and global. Operating in English first, with Setswana, Swahili, and Yoruba on the agent layer over time.
We chose Botswana on purpose. The labs is built in and for the market we know best. The agent workforce is the lever that lets us serve customers at price points the market needs — a $750 incubation program is real because the agents are doing the work.
What we operate on
Four orientations that shape every decision we make.
Mission-driven, not margin-driven
We price for accessibility, not maximum profit. A $300 individual program only works because our agents do the heavy lifting. We chose this on purpose.
Africa-first
Built in Botswana, calibrated for the operator economics of the continent we know best. Pan-African by intent, not by accident.
Operating-grade discipline
We write things down. We follow the order. We don't skip the manual phase. The methodology is the moat.
Honest empty states
We never fake numbers, never manufacture momentum, never celebrate a one-day streak. Trust earned by honesty compounds.
Who we work with
Two kinds of customer. Individuals — knowledge experts, solo operators, unincorporated practitioners. And businesses — operations with revenue, a team, and a real market position to accelerate.
We don't take everyone. The intake survey tells us and you whether we're the right fit. Roughly a third of applicants are routed to "not yet ready" — we tell them what to do first and welcome them back when they've done it.
