Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send the enquiry form on our Get help page, we receive:

• your name and business name
• the phone number or email address you give us, and how you would like us to reply
• the package, type of business and template you choose, if you choose them
• what you tell us you would like help with

When you finish the Start With Value assessment and give your email address to see the full result, we receive:

• your email address
• your score, your three weakest areas and the answers you chose
• anything you write in the optional question at the end

Your score is worked out on your device. If you don't give your email address, your answers are not sent to us.

We only ask for what we need to reply and to prepare for a discovery session.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and arrange your free discovery session. We ask for your agreement before you send the form.

To follow up with you about your assessment result. The assessment tells you what is sent before you give your email address.

Who handles it

Your enquiry or assessment result is sent to Biaz Labs by an email service provider acting on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other sites.

If you choose a country for prices, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It is not sent to us.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, or ask us to delete them, at any time. Email hello@biazlabs.com and we will respond.
