Questions about cost and trust
Cost
Are there any hidden costs?
No. You pay a one-off setup fee and a yearly support fee, both shown on this page. The only other costs are add-ons you ask for, payment gateway transaction fees charged by the provider, and work outside your package, which we always quote first.
Why do I pay for support every year?
Websites and systems need ongoing care. Support covers hosting, domain and email renewals, backups, security updates, content updates and help when you need it. Without it, domains expire, sites break and security gaps open up. For Essentials, it works out to about P125 a month.
I can't afford a big project right now.
You don't need one. Start with Essentials, spread the setup fee over 3 payments, and upgrade when the business is ready. Everything you build is kept when you move up.
Someone I know can build a website for less.
They might. The questions to ask are who will keep it secure and updated next year, who holds the logins, and what happens if they're unavailable. With us, those answers are in writing.

What if I don't like what you build?
You see a working prototype of your website or system before you pay anything. You only pay the deposit once you're happy with what you see.
Will I own my website and domain?
Yes. Once your setup is paid in full, you get a handover pack with all your logins, and your domain is registered to your business.
What happens if I stop annual support?
You keep your domain and content, and we help you move to another provider. Features that run on our tools, such as the AI assistant and automations, stop working.
Is my customers' data safe?
Security is built in from day one by a certified cybersecurity practitioner. Forms collect data with consent, it's stored securely, and card details stay with the payment gateway, never on your site.
Is the AI safe to use with my customers?
Yes. It only uses information you've approved, never shares sensitive data, tells your customers they're talking to an AI assistant, and passes anything it can't handle to you. It's set up and monitored by a certified cybersecurity practitioner.
